Highly effective at promoting positive relationship and building capable teams and adapting & implementing technology for efficient and profitable upscaling of business. Was Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the National Housing Bank (NHB) to lead a series of transformational initiatives that have not only improved NHB's financial performance, but have also launched NHB into the digital space by automating the subsidy disbursements, (PMAY), Complaint Handling systems (GRIDS),ORMIS the Online Reporting Management Information system and a Data Hub and Analytics to study and interpret the reported data. NHB was the regulator & supervisor of Housing finance companies (HFCs) which has about 38% of India’s INR15 trillion ($226 Bn) home loan outstanding market until 2019. Also pioneeeed the credit bureau for an MFI.
