What is this portal about?

The FinNet portal offers a platform for experienced professionals in the finance industry to showcase their capabilities, offerings and their credentials in a structured manner. Clients who wish to engage these professionals for their requirements in training, consulting, advisory or any other activity can publish their requirements on this portal and evaluate various applicants for their assignments. After the shortlisting, FinNet engages both parties (the Client and various shortlisted applicants) and assists in the filtering and evaluation process. Once the Client has identified the professional (individual or firm), FinNet ensures that the assignment parameters are finalised and contractual documents are finalised. Thereafter, the Client and selected professionals progress the contract to achieve the assignment objective.

While I have registered my firm, I would also want to highlight the key consultants within my firm.

Register the key consultants as individual professionals and upload their CVs while registering. In the following fields, enter the values as below

Employer -> Your Company Code

Individual professionals marked Employee do not figure in the matching process. These employees will be automatically visible in your form in the field Principal Consultants.

Our matching algorithm will highlight professionals resident in the Country/ies specified and you can initially shortlist those professionals. Should you not find them in line with your requirements, you can shortlist other international professionals for evaluations.

How do you charge?

The following are the charges which apply to each party

Client
Charge on Registration – waived of for 2021
Charge for putting up an assignment
Charge increases as per the Category/sub-category of the Assignment (Generic, Specialised, Super-Specialised) – waived of for 2021
Charge as a %age of Assignment value for engaging the professional. %age will be based on value and duration and will have decreasing charge with duration.

Professionals
Charge on Registration – waived of for 2021
Charge on Responding to Assignments
Charge for applying for overseas assignment is higher than for a domestic assignment
Charge increases as Category Complexity increases
Firms will be charged higher than the Individual
Individuals can pay a 3-year fee to apply for all assignments in their and apply to as many of the assignments. Firms can pay a per-annum fee for the same advantage
Charge as a %age of Assignment value for ensuring contractual documents in place.

For 2021, we propose to limit the services to INR. Additional currency will be introduced shortly. Watch this space.

How do we pay FinNet?
