Urgent Requirement for Training on Fundamentals in Banking Freelance Professional

About Client: Provider of Software Solutions and Services in Banking, Core Banking Systems, ERP Implementation and Customized Software Solutions Development, SAP B1, and Offshore IT Services

Requirement: 

– Classroom Training required

– Target Audience is RMs with experience from 2 to 15 years’ and who sell Client’s Software products.

– Participants might require regional language explanations too

Training has to cover the following topics:

1. Banking and Finance Industry and Markets

2. Government schemes in Loans, Insurance and other areas

3. Regulatory Reporting by Banks

4. Payment Systems

5. Retail Banking

6. Corporate Banking

7. Banking Marketing Channels

8. Banking Product Design and Implementation

9. CBS Administration

As the participants are active in the Sales function, Program structure might be spread over 2-4 weeks, with half-day sessions. It is also expected that the program will be delivered over Virtual Sessions.

Qualification:

• Banker with at least 20-years of experience in the assigned segment; professional should have been an industry practitioner of the topic.
• Prior experience in documentation, good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Banking experience and working closely with the Core Banking Team of the Bank would be at an advantage.
• Good English delivery capability; Comfort with Marathi will be an added advantage.
