Products offered by them include SME Loans, Finance for School, LTV, Flexi-loans for business, and other products, Cluster-Specific Term Loans, Working Capital Term Loans, Supply Chain Financing Solutions and NBFC and MFI Funding. The NBFC has financed over 1300+ SMEs through a 17+ Branch network.
The client wishes to conduct pan-India training to increase the sales effectiveness of its front-line workforce. Practical approaches based on data, financial status of client and customer segment will be important. The training components may include, but not limited to –
1. Personal Effectiveness- Grooming, Basic communication
2. Customer centric approach- How to handle a difficult customer,
3. Customer Engagement
The company will track training outcomes along measurable parameters to assess the effectiveness of the training.

Qualification: Experience in loans/Mortgage products in sales and experience in training in sales effectiveness are two essential qualification requirements. Should have conducted training /been a Groomer or a mentor to workforce and have assisted them in increasing performance and achievements.
Trainer should have implemented innovative and effective training methodologies with a post-training tracking and parameters to ensure a measurable outcomes MIS.
Trainer adept at Tamil and other South Indian languages will have an advantage.
