– Retail Assets like – Mortgages, Micro Mortgages, Two-Wheeler, Four-Wheeler Loan, Commercial Vehicle Loan & Construction Equipment
– Identifying varying selling methodologies to target audiences in urban and rural segments.
– Visibility to regulatory norms for retail products.
– Ensuring that there is no mis-selling
– Goals of target achievement despite competitive environment.
– Ensuring Bank’s brand doesn’t get impacted during operations
Qualification Requirements:
1. Should have had at least 15 years of experience as a Retail Banking Sales Manager’s role in branch with a leading bank in India.
2. The professional should have been a practitioner with having supervised various teams and having grounds-up experience in at least 2 states, with differing demographics like rural and urban as part of the portfolio
3. Prior experience in documentation, good communication skills and an attention to detail.
4. Good quality English and strong in Marathi and Hindi.
