Client is offering Mortgage products aggressively across all markets where it has its presence.

• Client offers Mortgage to B2C and B2B Markets.
• LAP is offered only for business purposes.
• Client sells through its own network of sales managers as also through DSA networks.
• An Area Sales Manager (ASM) overseas the sales of any thing from 3 to 10 sales managers and also coordinates with DSAs.

Skill development as a TTT for our ASMs from Mortgage. The objective of the workshop is

• Ensure that the ASMs are well versed with the terminology, structure, products and processes for the Mortgage products Client offers.
• Identify source of leads
• Ensure that they are able to qualify leads received by going through
  • IT returns, bank statement of individuals seeking a mortgage loan.
  • Financial documents, surrogate finance norms, other informal means of assessing a business seeking a loan or seeking capital for a Loan Against Property (LAP) product.
• Lead Conversion – Build a relationship with the customer and to ensure creation of a file and ensuring that the file transitions to loan sanction stage.
• Negotiate with warm lead to convert into a deal.
• To assist the ASMs to conduct for their teams in their geographies
• Target planning and achievement for self, his/her area and sales manager reportees and external channels like DSAs.
• The workshop to be a blend of product/process training, Case study and behavioral training
• Ensure that the TTT workshop participants are equipped to conduct similar trainings in their respective regions.

Trainer will

• Design and deliver the Workshop
• Design and provide framework for tracking effectiveness of training after an interval of 45 days and 90 days.

Client will provide sample case studies for various the business cases for the workshop.
